Come join us at the Skybox in Tewksbury to socialize with TriFury Club members, enjoy free pizza and salad, and hear a presentation by Catherine Kane introducing ChiRunning and ChiWalking techniques.  If you have been looking for a way to run or walk with less effort, fewer injuries, and more enjoyment come check out this presentation.  Non members welcome.  Registration appreciated but not required.
